We do not run accounts or collect sign-up data. When you use the service we see what is public on the TRON blockchain anyway: the address you pay from, the amount and the transaction hash.

If you message us on Telegram, WhatsApp or email, we receive what you send (for example your handle, phone number or address) and use it only to answer you.
